Brown, 28, of 460 O’Connor Road, Lot 2, Oswego, was operating a 2010 Polaris ATV four-wheeler westbound on County Route 4 in the Town of Scriba at 11:10 p.m., according to county sheriff’s deputies. He reportedly lost control approximately 300 feet west of County Route 29. He was transported to Oswego Hospital where he was pronounced dead.
