How should I repot, feed, water,my christmas Norfolk Island Pine, to keep it healthy and Happy indoors.?
I live in an extreme climate area, so it cant really go outside, too hot and cold here. If you have had one in your house for a long time, how do you take care of it? do they like acid, like other evergreens? Fish emulsion, or evergreen spikes?

- Find him a good Pine woman to settle down and make saplings with.
- i have had mine for 5 years now. just repot and add some stones in the bottom for drainage and plant food intially. you wont need the plant food after that it is just because you are shocking the plants system by repotting. i have mine near a window with good sunlight and water once a week. when you water. soak the soil and then allow it to completely dry before you rewater. if your house is warmer you may need to water more often. the lower branches will dry up and need to be trimed periodically. as the tree gets bigger you will need to repot again. it cant take extremes in temps but if it is around 50 or 60 degrees outside you should put the potted plant out for some unfiltered sunlight
