Which Caribbean island is the best place for a family vacation over Christmas?

We would like to visit a nice tropical island over Christmas time and wondering which one would be the best for a family. Would like to find a nice hotel/resort, an all-inclusive if possible. Thanks

2. Many places are good: Bahamas, Dominican Republic, Turks and Caicos. Just avoid the more dangerious places like Jamaica , and Haiti

4. Hi! Have you ever been In Puerto Rico? The christmas seasong in Puerto Rico are the longest in the wordl, they starts in November 25th. and ends the January 12th. perhaps after this there's a great carnaval named "Las fiestas de la calle San Sebatian" It's a big party almost 24hours a day for almost a week with live music, dancing, handcrafters exibition, etc. It's great. 5. I AGREE PUERTO RICO IS WONDERFUL ! IF YOU LIKE BEACHES AND LOTS OF THEM. THEN RENT A CAR AND HEAD WEST TO RINCON. THEY HAVE PLENTY OF EXCELLENT SNORKELING, DIVING,SURFING, AND SAILING OPPORTUNITIES AVAILABLE. RINCON OF THE SEAS OR HOTEL VILLA COFRESI ARE GOOD PLACES TO START RESEARCHING. 6. Come and visit own island Puerto Rico; we are small but big in many thing. Specially in Christmas season. Don't visit only the city go to the country, mountains and in-side of the island you will find cave, lakes, rivers, horse riding etc. I'm sure you will love it. 7. St. Maarten. You can go to the Sonesta Maho Resort and it is in the area where all of the christmas parties happen for everyone. Very nice area.
