Silly, random Christmas memory.....?

Do you have a silly, goofy random Christmas memory from your childhood (or anytime, really)? This one just popped in my head today. When I was younger and we lived in Germany we used to put our boots out for Kris Kringle to leave candy and gifts in (I'm guessing this is a German tradition?) and one year it got filled with Hershey Kisses which are my favorite... Anyway, after I emptied my boot and put them for school one day. When I got home that day I had melted chocolate all over my foot... apparently I didn't get them all out. Looked like I had stepped in a big wet pile of dog sh*t lol

1. Many years ago, my wife (now exwife) family was all together. The nephew were 3 and 5 (Now 28 and 30) were sent to bed with visions of Santa Claus. The adults wrapped gifts like little elves until 2a. at 5am, my wife and I were asleep. There was a rustling. My oldest nephew Ben was awake.,.I said " come here,, but you have to be quiet. He joined me and my sleeping wife in bed. His brother jon did the same thing. My father in law got up and and saw 4 in the bed. The boys got up and the tree was lit. and xmas gifts started to be ripped open..with yells of "Santa was here, Santa was here!"
