What school has a better History major, Davis or Santa Cruz?

What school has a better History major, Davis or Santa Cruz? I got into both but I'm really not excited about living in Davis or Sac. I'm not in love with Santa Cruz either so my main focus is a good History department. Anyone actually know?

1. Santa Cruz.. i checked out both campuses and it seemed to have a better history dep. and also a cleaner campus
2. Yeah...don't be excited about going to Davis. the only moderately interesting things that happen there are Picnic Day and Whole Earth Festival. Whole Earth is cool, but they have a similar event in Santa Cruz that's better. UCD's history department is really not as great as most other majors. Best bet is to go with Santa Cruz. And the campus is so beautiful, though it's a pain to get around on.
