What is the best website to find housing in Santa Barbara?

2 other people and I need to find housing in Santa Barbara for 9 months. What is a good website to find housing there. I've tried craigslist and sites from google with no luck. We are looking for a 3 bedroom for under $3000/month. Something in Carpinteria would be acceptable too. We are not able to go down there physically to search for a house because we are currently in northern california. Thanks.

If you're students at UCSB or SBCC, look here for somewhat reasonable housing for SB: http://www.sbcc.edu/housing/ Check out realtor.com: http://www.realtor.com/realestateandhomes-search/Santa-Barbara_CA/type-rentals?sby=1 3 bedroom houses will tend to be getting up there in price (nicer/newer), but you might be able to find a nice 3 bedroom condo, maybe an older home in your budget, although many of the modest older homes are 1 and 2 bedrooms.
