Kris Kringle / Secret Santa gift ideas for a teenager...?

Okay so I have to buy a Kris Kringle present for someone who is 16. The budget made was roughly $20 so some gifts around that price would be good. I was thinking jewellery but changed my mind seeing she has so much of that already since it was her birthday only last weekend, So yeah, could you help me come up with some ideas for a good present. 4. Make up tote or box; like a Caboodles Throw blanket Basket with hair accessories Basket with bath products Jewelry Box Cute wall clock or alarm clock Back Pack or purse Basket with DVD and movie candy + popcorn =)
5. A girl who is 16 can never go wrong with more make-up. At wal-mart they have make-up kits they have just for the holidays that are between $10 to $30 or so. I would love one on those make-up kits. They have all different stuff in it, like nail polish, mascara, eye liner, toe nail clippers ect. Usually come with a little bag you can put this stuff in. Usually come in a rectangle long box that is thin. Its in the front of our wal-mart. Merry Christmas!
6. Get her something which is close to her interest like her favourite music,novels or any good dresses.
