To you need to dress up for New Years Eve in Levi Lapland?

I am going to levi in lapland for 5 days over new year. Our package includes a gala dinner new years eve. Do I need to pack a dress to wear for this as I love dressing up, or is it gonna be just too cold and really need to be in my coat and long johns, especially as I have heard there is fireworks

1. Very warm dress clothes! No bare legs with heels. Long wool dress with leggings and boots and some sparkly jewelry. Let the jewelry sparkle and dress whatever your wearing-that way you'll be warm. Maybe a special metallic shaw on top of your sweater or coat with a snowman/reindeer pin with rhinestones. Have a wonderful Time!
