As we enter an ice age will the global warmers continue to say it's getting hotter?

Their predictions – based on an analysis of natural cycles in water temperatures in the Pacific and Atlantic oceans – challenge some of the global warming orthodoxy’s most deeply cherished beliefs, such as the claim that the North Pole will be free of ice in summer by 2013. 1. The beauty of "climate change" is that it continues to bring in the money either way. They only lose if the temperature stays exactly the same.
2. Unfortunately, unless you understand climate change...you will never understand global warming. Maybe you should take a crash course in science, focusing on meterolopgy.
3. There is a difference between climate and weather. No one said that winter would cease to exist because the earth increased in temperature by 1 degree over the last 100 years.

9. What part about CLIMATE CHANGE don't you understand? The median global temperature is trending up but the issue is that the climate as we know it is changing due to our actions. It is not that every part of the world will be warmer, some will be colder some will be drier some will be wetter, it is the CHANGE that is a problem. Today we have plenty of water in the Eastern US, will we tomorrow? Think, educate yourself a tad.
10. Look I hate Al Gore and the warmers as much as the next guy but what they did in his little movie was hedge their bet. They said exactly what you said...the hotter it gets the colder it will get. In a nutshell that is what they said. Polar ice melts and effects the currents causing cooling.
11. Living in the greater Pensacola (Florida) area, I say we scoop up all of the dead brown pelicans (having froze to death) and send them to Al Whore err, I mean Gore.
12. What can I say human civilization is not the power to destroy the world. Cycles in the solar system and the earths weather patterns are much bigger. I feel smaller and colder already. :-)

16. They will say the colder weather is the resut of warming, and you don't understand the difference between weather and climate. There is no fixed rule how long it takes before weather data becomes climate. All we know is, there has been no warming in over 10 years now, but the warmers still say it's just a temporary fluctuation. Maybe 20 years? 40? Nobody can pin them down.

It will an anomaly they will blame on man made glogal warming that caused cooling but the global warming will still occur if the don't tax us to stop it and create a one world gov. to oversee the whole thing. They have put all their eggs in one basket here so they can't back down or change strategy now. They will just have to find a new way to spin it.
