Good place to vacation for Christmas when you don't want to celebrate the holidays?

We don't hate the holidays, but we also just want to take a fun trip without having to celebrate. We'd like to go south for barbecue but don't know what city would be most amenable to a non-Christmas, Christmas. Any ideas?
