Which is the hottest Canary Island around Christmas and what's the temperature approsimately?

5. By personal experience Gran Canaria is very good at Christmas, the air temparature is hot enough, the breeze from the sea keeps it pleasant. Usually around 28 to 30 degrees. Al the Canary Islands are more or less the same weather wise, the difference is more about who goes where on what Island, so it depends more what you want, that said most of the Islands are packed with package holiday tourists, so it is comparable in that respect to the Costas.
6. The temperature in the Canary Islands does not differ much from one island to an other. It of course depends, but it should be about 22-25 degrees C.
