what should i wear on my christmas vacation to rhode island?

we're going up there for christmas. we went up there last thanksgiving, and it was freezing, so i'm predicting it to be even colder around christmas time! could someone make me an outfit of something warm and in style? or just some suggestions in general? thanks (:
