  2. Hey, i just finished my homework questions so i'll answer yours. I'm not one of those weird adults that spends all their time answering students homework questions: 1. The capital of Maine is Augusta 2. The Gobi Desert is on Asia, in Mongolia and China 3. The north pole is not exactly on land, since it is over sea ice, but it isn't really over water since there is ice in between. I'd say over water though. 4. The northern part, since Argentina is south of the equator 5. Louisiana, everyone needs to know that...NOT 6. The Northern Hemisphere. There is also much more land in the northern hemisphere. 7. British Columbia is the farthest west, cuz Yukon is a territory 8. Alabama is a southern state got anymore questions like this? DOWN WITH HOMEWORK!!!!!!!!
