1. none. that is why it is considered by some to be a better Halloween song than a Christmas song.
2. No Christmas songs here :) I believe it is an original, but I can't be certain. Don't think they based it off of another song, as they do with a lot of their work. But still, amazing! And a bit of a challenge to play on keyboard :) Well, for me, the newbie, anyway... Happy TSO season!
