What did Canadians think when Russia put that titanium flag on the ocean floor at the North Pole?

Who else abuts the North Pole? What do they think?

5. Canadians normally don’t think otherwise they wouldn’t elect this government. The reason this government is making a fuss about it, because they are dreaming to sell the Northwest Passage like everything else (gas, oil, water, lumber etc) to anybody willing to buy it. Majority of Canadians live 40 miles north of American border, watch American TV, don’t know and don’t care much about their own country and those who can afford spend Canadian winter in Florida and Arizona.
