Why is Magnetic North Pole is Changing its Position Dramatically over last Century ?

why geographical north pole is in fixed position ? what is difference bewteen geographical north pole and magnetic pole ? please help me it is moving 10 km per year what will be the results of this movment ?

1. its natutal , it rotates side ways as well as much slowly the vertical way, i found out that the present polar region was not always there as its now, it was somewhere near the equator !

3. At present condition the true north is 3 degree away from magnetic north.
