How do I get a business license in santa clara county?

I am planning to incorporate a "C" Corporation in North San Jose. Can someone give me details of how to (forms, fees, etc.,) get a business license in the Santa Clara county?

2. Santa Clara County does not issue business licenses. As the business will be based within the city of San Jose, go to SJ city hall, at 200 E Santa Clara Street.
