If Santa Claus killed someone, what jurisdiction would handle him since he lives at the North Pole?

Let's say he decapitates someone with a sharpened candy cane AT the North Pole (this way you can't say the country where the crime took place would be the one to bring him to trial).

1. we would extradite him ,and hope for elf justice or vigilante justice ever which came first
2. Wherever the homicide occured, the authorities in that area has jurisdiction. For example, a man from Timbuktu commits murder in New Orleans, LA. The New Orleans Police Department would have jurisdiction over him. The only exception to people possibly getting away with murder, are those with DIPLOMATIC IMMUNITY.
