Which way is up if your at the North Pole, like Santa Claus?

Can he really go "up" to the North Pole if your already there?

3. No. Can you run up to the store if you're already at the store? Or Climb up a mountain if you're already at the top?
4. well if your at the north pole and your feasable route isn't up anymore but left right and down then i guess you will have to eleminate the up...unless you have a plane or rocket, or perhaps a helicopter...then you can go up in the hemispere and beyond if you can reach out that far. But hey santa claus doesn't really exist.
