What age do you have to be to work at the north pole?

The north pole in colorado springs colorado? I need to know so that if it is 14 years old then i could start next year!

8. i think that 14 can work at certain places. at least that is what it is in kansas. and u have to 16 to be a waiter/waitress. may be different there
9. You have to be extremely old, because the older you get the shrinkier you get and elves need extremely small hands to work on the small toys.
