what transport would I need to go to the north pole? Would I need to go to different places on the way?

from england to north pole? would I just need a plane, or a boat? car? Please tell in order what transport is needed to go to which places on the way.

1. The most popular mode of transport for getting to North pole are ships. Ofcourse you can't drive to the Northpole because there is no road/rail link. Often scientists and geologists use chartered flights to get there but there are no passenger flights to North Pole. There are lots of adventure cruises that take people to North pole, you might want to fly to Scandinavia (particularly Norway) and then board a ship. Simply google north pole cruise and you'll get a lot of options to choose from.
