Mean-spirited Kris Kringle and such behavior?

Sometimes it happens that people use the anonymity of Kris Kringle to give something mean-spirited, even the score, whatever. It's violating the spirit of the thing, but seems some people are like that. What is the worst that you have ever seen happen? or given or received yourself? Do you think people show their true colors when they are anonymous? Or in general what is the most mean-spirited and gratuitously nasty behavior between coworkers you have heard of? (p*ssing in the coffeepot has to be up there). Ok people, I said in the OFFICE between COWORKERS, not some giant poop-filled playground... don't exaggerate either... To Robbie, it's all from the German 'Christkindl' - Americanized variously as 'Kris Kringle', 'Kris Kindle' etc. Anyway the question is what attitude people generally take to the practice... apathetic is one thing, nasty is entirely another.

3. Kris Kindle is the phrase you mean. I hate that nonsense. When someone dictates to you that you have to buy a present for someone you don't really care about (on top of all the other shopping you have to do!), you're not really going to bother, are you? Who started that bloody thing anyway? They should be shot! lol
