Business thank you letters?
We received a few christmas cards in the mail and my boss wants me to write some thank you letters. What do i say? some sent us candy others just the card. I'm not good at writing things. I could just say, Thank for that card! and be done! Any suggestions on what to say?

- "Thank you for thinking of us during the holiday season and sending us the card/candy. We hope that this new year brings you and your company much success. We look forward to working with you. (If it's a client). Sincerely."
- Etiquette dictates that acknowledgements be sent for gifts/contributions but NOT just for a card.
- There is no need to answer a card back with a card. Any gift (candy or whatever) certainly should be acknowledged with a thank you. Something simple should suffice. "Thank you for the _______; I (We) appreciate your thoughfulness at this time of the year and look forward to our continuing relationship. May you and your family have a prosperous 2008.
