Where can I buy/order a good quality business card holder?

This Christmas I'm thinking about getting a card holder for my boyfriend as he's just started his own business. Not the kind you put on your desk, I'm looking for the kind you carry. For a physically small gift I want something high quality and I'd like to get it engraved/embossed. I don't really know where to look for this sort of thing and would appreciate any suggestions.
