Hello I am planning a 4 day vacation for myself in Santa Barbara. Any suggestions on things to do during the day? a beach? some nice park or a Mall? a cheap hotel..? Restaurants?

3. Define cheap. Because working people cannot afford to live in Santa Barbara, cheap there may mean the same as quite expensive somewhere else.
