This is the worst virus announced, it has been classified by Microsoft as the most destructive virus ever. This virus was discovered by McAfee yesterday, and there is no repair yet for this kind of virus. This virus simply destroys the Zero Sector of the Hard Disc, where the vital information is kept

merry christmas!!! i have a question about trojans.? Merry Christmas!!! Earlier today i was looking for christmas cookie recipes online and a message from a Security Shield popped up telling me that my computer is at risk. Well i have 3 different types of antivirus software on my computer so i declined their offer and ran my own scan. I have superantispyware, AVG anti-virus, and a malaware-bytes scan. i started running them and my malaware bytes first detected a trojan.agent/Gen-fake Alert. When i tried to remove it it told me that forcing the removal of it could crash my computer. then all of the sudden i lost my malaware bytes. it would no longer work and i had to uninstall it. The AVG gave me the same message about if i removed it my computer could crash but i did not lose that program. please can someone tell me what to do i still have this trojan on my computer and am afraid to remove it for fear of my system crashing. How to remove the virus? I have installed Malwarebytes, Spybot Search & Destroy and Eset NOD32, and removed some of the problems I had (Internet Security 2010, Win32.Netsky...). I still have the Google Redirect virus and my computer freezes after around 10 minutes. It does not freeze while in Safe Mode. Unable to find more viruses in Safe Mode. What trojan or virus is this? It makes error on my certificate, cannot open friendster.? I've reformated my computer for about 2 times a week because of this annoying trojan or virus, I don't know. My antivirus AVG did not detect this and I tried switching to NOD32 and still it was not detected. I can't open friendster! Missing files after virus removal? Hi, I badly need some help here. My phone was infected with viruses, and the name of those viruses are the folders inside my phone (data storage) and with .exe at the end. After I scanned my phone, the viruses were removed by AVG. But when I opened my phone through USB cable, there is nothing left! Even one folder! When I also used my phone browsing on my gallery, there's nothing left too.. but in the Music Player of my phone, the mp3 in my storage can still be played and the MEMORY SPACE is also there but no files are found. PC freezes, 13 viruses PC experts? O.k., here's the thing. My cousin has Norton and it expired, so I installed Avira anti-virus on her PC. but then it froze, because another cousin of mine was using messenger and facebook, e.t.c. It doesn't let me click Start because it freezes but then when I hit "control+alt+delete" and I ended the program that was causing the freezing, the shortcut icons went away. What should I do? Why am I getting headaches everyday? For about the past few weeks I have experienced mild headaches almost everyday. They are not always constant, more like a dull sharp pain in the back of my head and at the sides. These lasted about a minute but sometimes more. They were subsiding last week and were less frequent, and almost completely gone on Saturday. On Monday I felt slight nausea but that was only when I thought of sweets or saw them. On Tuesday I experienced some nausea in the evening(more like a sick feeling in the pit of my stomach) which lasted until I fell asleep, and returned in the morning and lasted until about noon. No headache yesterday. Today, I woke up with a different type of headache and I wasn't sleeping well last night. I'm thinking it may be a sinus headache. It is more of a pressure and is all over my head, especially in my ears. But nothing really on my face except for my jaw(which isn't always constant). I am 15 years old if that helps at all. I am planning to go to the walk in clinic at 5. I think these headaches may be caused by stress(due to family issues, school, getting ready for Christmas ect.) a head injury(I hit my head on a hard basement floor last month but didn't have any symptoms) or a virus. I am getting approximately anywhere from 600-800 dollars to work with. Note: I am NOT buying a new computer but swapping out old parts with better parts. services.exe is causing my computer to freeze and crash by having a high cpu? Every time I log on, services.exe is taking up more than 30 % of CPU sometimes, 60%. I have tried to do an avg scan but, the computer keeps freezing every time I do one. I tried to do an avg virus scan in safemode, that froze as well. I then tried a windows live one care online safety scanner, and that didn't work either. I've done system restore, that didn't solve the problem. Then I tried last known good configyartion and that didn't work either! I don't know what to do now. Please help :) Merry Christmas :) I'm on windows XP service pack 3 by the way. Can anyone tell me what's going on with my Trend Micro PC-cillin Internet Security 12? Everytime I open it, it says "No network device was found, or there is a conflict with existing antivirus or security software. Only the Virus scan, Spyware scan, and Security check functions will be available. To enable full product functionality, uninstall conflicting software or enable a network connection, and restart the program." Then, when I click "Ok", I get an error message saying "Unable to read configuration. Restart your computer and try again." Then, when it opens the program.. whether I click scan, update, or whatever.. it doesn't do a thing. I've restarted my computer time after time, and I don't have any other virus protection. I know my computer is probably so full of viruses and junk from being unprotected that it could just die at any moment.. so can someone PLEASE help? I'd greatly appreciate it! :D Merry Christmas!

Ok, I'm a bit worried, I might be hacked (Mac 10.6.5 iMac)? 1) I'm 13 and my mom and dad gave me an iMac for my birthday in April, last year, its been great :)! But here's the problem. So close to christmas i am a tad worried about this, i have an iMac 2008 model and I am running snow leopard 10.6.5 and i have trend micro titanium installed by my mum but its a trial version downloaded. its like midnight and im on a 2 month holiday here in aus for all school kids the biggest break of the year yay :D from December 3rd to January 31st. so im going on my summer vacation with my family like the day after N.Y.D. and first merry christmas everyone , Anyway... but i am running a scan on the mac right now i reinstalled the software and upgraded to 10.6.5. which ran up a chunk of internet data on my moms internet usb dongle, coz we don't have wifi just this year :D, so i am paranoid and scared that someone is watching me through my webcam! :O Every time I'm just randomly surfing the web every like fortnight or so i feel like my mac cam is hacked , i'm on youtube, yahoo, news, surf report, and i can hear in the background, i don't know where it is i thought it was a video playing so i mute my mac and tilt it upwards. I hear something like a group of teens saying HI! WHAT, THE ... ****!!! some kind of scary random hackers who sounded like they were on a bus and I haven't downloaded any thing from the web except Trend Micro TiTanium Trial version for mac, and i dunno its not a looped message coz once i heard some teens laughing and saying hi douche wtf? i don't get it how can some nerds hackers with no life hack my built in imac webcam and watch me? The green light next to the camera even isnt on!!!! Can someone please help? Ive never been sick like this before.? Ive been sick for about 2 days now, ive gone to the doctors but they told me it was just a "virus" infection. At first I thought okay, but now that a day has gone past Im feeling alot, ALOT worse.My symptoms: -Very high fever, in the hundreds -Major shakes chills and hot flashes -I keep seeing stars -My blood pressure is low -It hurts to breathe -Everytime i take deep breathes, or cough my lungs feel like theyre on FIRE (i dont smoke) -My glads are all swollen, even my lower and upper throat -My sinisus hurt -Last night I puked more than a couple times each hour, from 1am until 7am. I cannot sleep, no matter how much I try.. Even though my stomach had nothing in it becausue i have loss off appetite, i kep puking up this darm brown wattery substance. Ive never seen before. -My bones are killing me aswell ! I was going to go to the hospital to get further checked out out, but i decided to see if my symptoms would get worse. They are. Ive been taking acetaminophen, which eases the pain for a little while.. I dont know what to do. Please help? Issue: Whenever i try to play a Divx/Xvid movie, it runs totally slow. It almost moves frame after frame and the dialogues are far ahead from the scene. I wish if someone can suggest an effective troubleshooting to fix this issue. am having difficulty only when i install windows Xp on the computer.. tried changing different versions of Xp tried with/without service packs yet the same. Is there a way I can restore all my files and get my songs back onto iTunes? Well... My mom being the fool with computers as she is... We had a virus on our computer apparently making a bunch of pop-ups so she called our internet company and asked them what to do and I'm not sure exactly what she did but she "restored" or "recovered" it or something? Anyway, EVERYTHING on our computer is now deleted. All the computer games I had installed are uninstalled, some shortcuts are still present however they do not work. The weird thing is, the everything is still THERE. Like I went to 'search' and I searched for songs and pictures and they are all still existant. I redownloaded iTunes but I don't know how exactly to get all the songs back on there. Also, it has a desktop picture of space now, but that's not the stupid part. The cursor is now a frickin' spaceship which is really annoying. Also whenever I move the mouse on the menu it makes an annoying sound. How can I get my cursor back to normal? I just want things to back to the way they were... Is there anyway to do this...? I spend a lot of time on the computer and this is like losing a child. Remember, if I go to 'Search' I can find most of the files and pictures and stuff so there's gotta be some way to restore them! Why do people mindlessly repeat false information they are given without bothering to check it's validity? I know this subject has been touched upon in computers, but I want a psychological point of view. I have some very intelligent friends who will advise me of every warning, rumor, virus hoax, etc. that is repeated to them from whatever source. They never check their information, though they know where and how. I usually - without saying anything scathing - go to about or snopes and send them the link. They never say anything, but I can tell they are miffed. Why?? Why do people seem to wish to pass on useless, incorrect, alarming bad stuff? I mean why do you want to tell people gangs are banding together and raping blonde women in every city that begins with the letter "B", or some crap, if it's not true? Or if you open an email called "Merry Christmas", your computer will kill the computer of everyone in your address book. MapleStory on Windows Vista Home Premium? Hi there, I downloaded MapleStory on Windows Vista Home Premium. I set the compatibility for MapleStory.exe and Patcher for Windows XP SP2. It seems to be working OK. However, after I am finished playing MapleStory and exit to my desktop, I notice some weird things. When I type something in Internet Explorer, Microsoft Word etc, the type is often delayed by a few seconds. I.E. I'll type the letter "e" and it'll take a second for it to appear and in a laggy sort of way. This never happened before I downloaded MapleStory. I have 3GB RAM and a Quad Core processor so my specs should be fine. Also, I have run a virus scan and I just got this computer last week and I have NOT downloaded anything other than: iTunes, MSN, and MapleStory. Why does it do this? What can I do to STOP it? Also, what would be best to have on: Windows Firewall or McAfee Firewall on a good level setting? (Can't have both because they'll conflict with each other). Thanks! Merry Christmas. Computer internet/windows problem? Ok, i have this new computer ive had for no more than 5 months, it has windows vista premium, the first few weeks everything was pefectly fine...internet was fast...downloads, opening web pages. But then afterwards things just suddenly became bad. My computer has been subject to slow start ups and shut-downs, before shut down and starting up was instantanious, but now (randomly) its slow, to the point logging of or switching users takes about 5 minutes, similar to shutting down/starting up. Windows explorer also crashes randomly, when on "my documents" or "my computer" or something like that, it freezes sometimes or comes up with the "Not Responding warning" so u have to wait until it returns to normal or you end the program through task manager. Opening pages on the internet is also problematic, opening pages, e.g. clicking on links, nothing happens, it just comes up with "Page loading" and it stays that way, i even left it opening that page and even after an hour it still loading! The only way to be able to browse the internet again is to re-start the computer, tedious task and also sometimes the shutting down/start up problem comes into play. Closing the browser or changing browsers e.g. from internet explorer to Mozilla firefox doesn't work. It isn't a virus problem since i scanned my computer and nothing came up...well i appreciate any help that you give, please to try to help me as best as you can. Extremely sharp pain in my stomach..? okay so, It's not appendicitis, and I'm not on my period atm, but i'm pretty sick . Flight Simulator X Deluxe Edition Not Showing On Desktop.? Well, This problem is on my fathers computer, We downloaded the game countless times and it still wont show the icon on the desktop. When you download it and everything is finished, it plays. But with no icon on the desktop, not even showing in program files. But when you restart the computer you cant play again tell you download it again. I don't know what to do. He's using Vista. And the computer is pretty new so I'm going insane here trying to figure it out! If anyone knows, Please let me know. He really loves that game and I want to get it fixed so he can enjoy it. We have Direct X installed, which the lady at Geek Squad said to make sure we had or the game wont work. I checked everything possible. Went to Search in the system to find the file but nothing still. Turned off the fire-wall, virus protectors, everything when I tried to download it again and still nothing. Please help!
