What's the name of this (possibly Christmas) movie? I remember a movie from my childhood, but I haven't seen it since I was five or six. I'm pretty sure it was a Christmas movie, but it was about two boys who stumble into a witch's yard and she casts some kind of spell. The main detail I remember is that she has a tree in her front yard that disappears at the end of the movie. My parents vaguely remember this movie, also, and they agree that it was a weird film, but don't remember any other details. Thoughts?

Can someone help me find a classic Christmas movie from my childhood? The movie I'm looking for I had saw between the years of 1992 and 1997 and even then it looked a lot older.
