I have a 7 foot fake christmas tree, but I have trouble putting the star on top as it keeps falling off. Are there any ideas on what is the best method to secure or place the star ontop of the tree. How do I fix the power cord to a prelit Christmas tree? I have a 3 month old Daschund puppy. And I just realized that he chewed through the power cord to my pre-lit Christmas Tree. It wasnt plugged in, the dog is fine but the tree cord is completely bitten all the way through. And chewed on. Is this fixable? Its a brand new tree. Can i strip off the casing and reconnect the wires somehow? Use electrical tape? Anything? Would that be safe?

How can I keep my cat out of the Christmas Tree? I have a year old cat that thinks it is really cool to sleep in my artificial christmas tree. I have no decorations on it yet but he keeps bending the branches, (to the point I have to use pliers to reposition them). I have tried foil, Keep Off Spray, Citrus sprays, the water bottle. Nothing is working. I do not have a big enough house to place the tree and or the cat in another room. This happens when we are in the same room and when we are away. Any Suggestions?

What is a good way to store your artificial christmas tree? So we got this very large artificial christmas tree this year and it only breaks down into 2 piece. The green bag for it is completely full once we get it in there. My question is, what is a good idea of how to store this tree to where it can be out of the way? I could just throw it out into the garage but I wanted to see what others did first....Thanks!!!!!!
